Cancellations must be made at least one business day in advance. For babysitting services, we will charge 3 hours' worth of fees if you cancel on the day of the babysitting service. For babysitter dispatch, the office hours are from 9:00a.m. to 17:00p.m. on weekdays. Cancellations for requests on Mondays or the day following a holiday must be made on a weekday. |
